No track and trace

If the costumer chooses for a shipping method without tracking,  We are not responsible for any loss or delay of the order. To prevent this, there will always be an option with tracking

 

Incorrect Adress

Costumer is responsible for putting down a correct shipping adress. If this adress is written incorrectly, i am not responsible for any delay and/or loss.
